This is my version of garlic honey tofu. This dish was inspired by my daughter’s menu request. I often seek help with my menu planning from my family in order to satisfy their taste buds.π«Ά
π©βπ³In this dish, I used @solcuisine sprouted organic extra firm tofu. This brand is my favorite, as I love the low moisture and texture of the tofu. It is easier on the digestive system and has more nutrients than regular tofu as it is made from sprouted soybeans.
